Insight Global Quality Technician in Ashland, Virginia
Job Description
Perform routine quality control testing on product and process samples
Run laboratory samples using established testing methods and procedures
Conduct titrations, dilutions, filtrations, and basic formulations
Accurately prepare samples using laboratory glassware and equipment (e.g., beakers, pipettes, burettes)
Perform basic algebraic calculations related to titrations, formulations, and dilutions
Record, review, and report test results clearly and accurately
Follow all laboratory safety guidelines, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
Assist with troubleshooting out-of-spec results and supporting corrective actions as needed
Work collaboratively with quality, production, and operations teams to support product quality
