Job Title: Operator I, Production
Pay: $ 20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overview:
Adecco is hiring an entry-level Production Operator for a chemical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safely producing, handling, and packaging chemical products while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment to blend, transfer, and process chemical products
Follow batch instructions and accurately document production data
Handle raw materials and measure ingredients per specifications
Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting
Package finished products and prepare shipments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions and batch formulas
Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial equipment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented with strong safety awareness

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
