What Youll Do In this hands-on role, youll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Youll gain experience operating and mastering three core machines:
- Grinder
- Slitter
- Packager
A Typical Week Might Include:
- Setting up machines and making adjustments for optimal performance
- Loading materials and keeping production flowing
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing basic machine maintenance and upkeep
- Stepping in to solve unexpected challenges and keep operations on track
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with a 2 2 3 Scheduling ( 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off)
Pay
- $18-$19/hour (based on experience)
