*Production Operator - Night Shift Location: Candler, NC Schedule: 12-hour night shifts 7PM - 7AM 4 days on, 4 days off rotation Pay Rate: $20HR *

A global manufacturer in Candler is seeking 2 motivated individuals to join their production team. As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of the production line run smoothly, producing high-quality products in a safe environment while achieving performance goals.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Inspect equipment for replacements, malfunctions, and necessary repairs, and recommend improvements.
- Assist with production line changeovers, including setting up equipment and ensuring product recipe compliance.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure quality standards are met.
- Bring samples to the lab and report any quality issues with raw materials or finished goods.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Occasionally attend training classes to enhance your skills.
Handle unexpected tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude.
What Were Looking For:
- GED or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform minor equipment maintenance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
