Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to maintain cleanliness at an active construction site connected to a retirement community. This role is important, as you will be working in areas seen by residents and staff. The goal is to keep the transition between construction and occupied spaces clean, safe, and professional at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness where the construction site meets the occupied facility
- Frequent mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Control dust and debris from entering occupied areas
- Clean entryways, walkways, and high-traffic areas
- Empty trash and maintain waste areas
- Wipe down surfaces, doors, and handrails
- Assist with light labor tasks as needed
- Respond to cleaning needs throughout the day
Requirements:

- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable working around active construction
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Will be required to wear construction PPE at all times
