Our client, a global technology and data infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction & Engineering Operations organization supporting Lease Construction Managers and cross‑functional delivery teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , proactive problem‑solving ability , and excellent stakeholder communication , which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Chantilly, VA

Pay Range: 80$ - 86$ per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Support Lease Construction Managers by tracking project schedules, milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements

  • Conduct weekly onsite visits to assess construction progress and validate schedules

  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers

  • Monitor risks, budgets, invoices, and lease partner deliverables and escalate issues as needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Security, Operations) and external construction partners to ensure safety and compliance

What’s Needed?

  • 8–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial or mission‑critical environments

  • Strong MEP knowledge with hands‑on experience supporting core & shell construction

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and priorities in fast‑paced projects

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and openness to learning reporting tools such as Power BI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
