Our client, a global technology and data infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction & Engineering Operations organization supporting Lease Construction Managers and cross‑functional delivery teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , proactive problem‑solving ability , and excellent stakeholder communication , which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Chantilly, VA
Pay Range: 80$ - 86$ per hour
What’s the Job?
Support Lease Construction Managers by tracking project schedules, milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements
Conduct weekly onsite visits to assess construction progress and validate schedules
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers
Monitor risks, budgets, invoices, and lease partner deliverables and escalate issues as needed
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Security, Operations) and external construction partners to ensure safety and compliance
What’s Needed?
8–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial or mission‑critical environments
Strong MEP knowledge with hands‑on experience supporting core & shell construction
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and priorities in fast‑paced projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and openness to learning reporting tools such as Power BI
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
