? Ashburn, Virginia (Onsite)

? Pay Rate: $69.44 – $76.39/hr

? Schedule: 40 hrs/week + 8 hrs OT weekly

? Contract: March 2026 – June 2027

Our client, a global leader in advanced infrastructure and mission-critical facilities, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to support the buildout of large-scale hyperscale data center environments in Ashburn, VA .

This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong electrical construction or telecom infrastructure experience , who thrives in fast-paced, highly technical environments where multiple trades must be coordinated to meet aggressive milestone schedules.

You will play a key role ensuring that electrical, mechanical, telecom, and security systems are installed correctly, safely, and on schedule within a hyperscale data center environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Integration Manager, you will oversee daily construction operations and coordinate multiple disciplines across the data center project lifecycle.

Construction & Site Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities across electrical, telecom, mechanical, and low-voltage trades .

  • Monitor installation of key infrastructure such as:

  • Busway systems

  • PDUs / RPPs

  • Cable tray routing

  • CRAC unit placement

  • Chilled water piping

  • Containment systems

  • Ensure installations comply with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards .

Schedule & Progress Tracking

  • Review schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and track milestone progress.

  • Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules , production reports, and risk registers.

  • Identify delays and coordinate recovery strategies with contractors and project teams.

Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Lead daily coordination meetings with:

  • General contractors

  • Electrical and mechanical subcontractors

  • Low-voltage / BMS teams

  • Resolve field conflicts between trades (e.g., cable tray vs ductwork).

  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews.

Vendor & Equipment Integration

  • Work closely with major equipment vendors to support delivery and installation of critical infrastructure.

  • Review equipment documentation, factory test reports, and rigging plans.

  • Coordinate installation sequencing for systems such as UPS, switchgear, and power distribution equipment .

Quality, Safety & Commissioning

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, hot work permits) .

  • Conduct quality inspections before systems are closed in.

  • Support commissioning teams during system testing and integrated systems testing (IST) .

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 7–12 years of total construction experience

  • 3+ years working on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects

  • Experience with data center fit-out or base build construction

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems in data center environments

Technical Skills

  • Experience managing construction quality for technical fit-out projects

  • Familiarity with Bluebeam for drawing review and markups

  • Experience with document control systems (Procore or similar)

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications

  • Comfortable leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s Degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
