Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, specializing in operating Lathe CNC machines including Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki.

  • The role involves working with aluminum to produce both short-run and larger batch parts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up Lathe CNC machines such as Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki.

  • Produce 1 and 2 off parts, as well as larger batches of up to 100 parts in one night.

  • Work with aluminum materials to create structural aerospace components.

Pay Rate :

  • $22 - $38 per hour - depending on shift

Shift :

  • Day Shift : 6AM - 4:30PM (Mon - Thurs)

  • Night Shift : 4:30PM - 3:30AM (Mon - Thurs)

  • Weekend : 4:30AM - 5PM (Fri - Sun)

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in mill machining.

  • Proficiency in CNC operation and setup.

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft software, Haas mill, and G&M codes.

  • Experience in fabrication within the aerospace industry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr.
