CNC Machinist – Aerospace Manufacturing
Locations: Arlington, WA & Monroe, WA
Shifts:
Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $21-38/hr, DOE & Shift
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to run and set up CNC mills and lathes in an aerospace manufacturing shop. This role involves machining aluminum structural parts, including both custom one‑off work and higher‑volume production runs.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (Haas, Gantry, Mori‑Seiki)
Edit programs as needed
Machine aluminum aerospace structural components
Run one‑off and two‑off custom parts
Run larger production batches (up to 100 parts per shift)
Maintain part quality and follow shop procedures
Required Qualifications
3+ years of CNC mill machining experience
Experience with machine setup and editing
Experience machining aluminum
Basic computer skills (Microsoft programs)
Able to run jobs independently after setup
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
Haas mill experience
Knowledge of G & M codes
Fabrication experience
Aerospace manufacturing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr.
