What You’ll Do
You’ll be machining high‑precision aluminum aerospace components using top‑tier equipment. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where you’ll see your work come to life every single shift.
Your day includes:
Operating and setting up Lathe CNC machines (Haas, Gantry, Mori‑Seiki)
Running 1–2 off parts AND batch runs up to 100 pieces
Producing high‑quality aluminum aerospace components
Using G & M codes, Haas controls, and computer‑based machining tools
Working independently while keeping production on schedule

Pay & Shifts
Competitive pay based on experience & shift:
- $22–$38/hr
Choose the schedule that fits your life:
Day Shift: 6AM – 4:30PM (Mon–Thurs)
Night Shift: 4:30PM – 3:30AM (Mon–Thurs)
Weekend Shift: 4:30AM – 5PM (Fri–Sun)
Three‑day weekends? Yes, please.
? What You Bring
3+ years of CNC machining experience
Strong lathe setup & operation skills
Ability to read G & M codes
Experience with Haas mills and Microsoft‑based software
Aerospace machining or fabrication experience is a huge plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr.
