Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:30am
Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Job Description
Join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Arlington, WA as a Structural Assembly Technician. You’ll assemble structural components using hand and power tools, follow blueprints, and help build high‑quality aerospace parts. This is a great long‑term opportunity with steady hours, a supportive team, and room to grow.
Responsibilities
Assemble structural parts and components using hand and power tools
Drill, rivet, bolt, and fasten subassemblies according to work instructions
Use jigs, templates, and measuring tools to align and position parts
Inspect completed assemblies for fit, quality, and accuracy
Cut, trim, and prep parts to ensure proper fitting
Install hardware and components per blueprint specifications
Apply sealant or paint when required
Work safely with standard aerospace shop tools and equipment
Essential Skills
Assembly skills with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
Basic math skills.
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience.
Level 1: 6 months of assembly experience.
Level 2: 1 year of assembly experience.
Level 3: 3 years of assembly experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace assembly experience is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.

Work Environment
Work in a machine shop that manufactures structural parts for aerospace. Shift hours vary by location: Arlington Location offers 1st Shift from Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm and 2nd Shift from Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:30am, while Monroe Location offers 1st Shift from Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
