AES Summer Internship Program

At AES , we are looking for highly motivated students or recent graduates to join our team as Summer Interns . ?

As part of this internship, you’ll work side by side with a host team , gaining hands-on experience and learning the day-to-day ins and outs of the energy industry , while contributing to meaningful projects .

Gain hands‑on experience supporting the engineering and commercial evaluation of utility‑scale wind turbine solutions across the development portfolio. Contribute to turbine selection, cost modeling, supplier engagement, and contract preparation.

SCADA Execution

External Communications

Gain hands‑on experience supporting strategic external communications for AES’s U.S. renewable energy development portfolio. Ideal for students studying: communications, public affairs, marketing, policy, journalism, or related disciplines.
