Description
Join Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Data-Services team as a Senior HR Specialist driving critical organizational effectiveness initiatives in one of tech's most transformative fields. This role will lead innovation in Talent Advancement and Employee Listening for our 3,500+ employees across 8 countries. Your work will directly impact how we build and scale the teams teaching our next-generation AI models.
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives including Talent Advancement and Employee Listening
Develop AI solutions to advance the scale, speed, and business impact of organizational effectiveness programs
Analyze talent data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to implement and improve HR processes
Conduct change management to support organizational transformations
There will also be opportunities to own other programs/initiatives across the organization based on business needs – these may include process improvements, supporting other HR related goals/initiatives, etc.
Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field
5+ years of HR experience
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
Track record of developing innovative HR solutions in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields
7+ years of HR experience
Experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses
Experience with advanced analytics
Experience working with large global teams
Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
Experience in project or program management
Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
Experience communicating clearly and effectively with different functional groups including senior business leaders, finance, HR and developers
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
Experience managing projects and working independently
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
Experience supporting tech operations organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
