Zantech is looking for a talented Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management and Cyber Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in providing:
Stakeholder Engagement and Management Support
Partnership development and relationship management
Working group and workshop facilitation
Stakeholder engagement strategy and planning
Communication and feedback management
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager serves as the lead for partnership development and stakeholder coordination efforts, building and maintaining productive relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, international, and private sector partners essential to the national cybersecurity mission. This position develops and executes comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitates collaborative working groups and technical discussions, and ensures strong partnerships across the diverse cybersecurity ecosystem.
Impact: Critical to the collaborative model and ability to leverage diverse partner capabilities for cyber defense operations protecting national critical infrastructure..
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan including stakeholder mapping, relationship management strategies, and communication framework
Use business intelligence tools and commercial databases to identify stakeholders with relevant cybersecurity capabilities
Create stakeholder profiles detailing relevant capabilities for partnership leverage
Tailor engagement approaches for different partner categories
Identify relevant partners and build detailed partner profiles with capability assessments
Cultivate relationships with international, federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector entities
Execute CISA mission by partnering to prevent, stop, and counter attacks and malicious cyber activity
Coordinate joint actions to address cybersecurity risks through deliberate cyber defense planning efforts
Facilitate efforts to engage public and private sector partners in development of cyber defense operations plans
Leverage capabilities, authorities, and unique expertise of partners to drive substantive risk reduction to national critical infrastructure
Coordinate and lead meetings and workshops bringing together diverse stakeholders
Facilitate technical discussions on pressing cybersecurity issues and emerging threats
Ensure engagements lead to responsive outcomes including plans, products, and strengthened relationships
Provide subject matter expertise in facilitating discussions
Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate communications between stakeholders
Develop communication materials including email updates, reports, and presentations
Manage stakeholder feedback mechanisms and collect data on effectiveness of outreach efforts
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
Experience building and managing partnerships across government and private sector
Experience facilitating working groups, workshops, or collaborative planning sessions
Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
Skills Required:
Understanding of collaborative models and partnership ecosystems
Knowledge of cybersecurity landscape across federal, private sector, and international domains
Understanding of critical infrastructure sectors and associated cybersecurity challenges per PPD-21
Ability to identify and leverage partner capabilities for cyber defense operations
Experience with stakeholder mapping using business intelligence tools
Strong facilitation and meeting coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
Required Education/Certifications:
Education Required: None specified

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field

Required Security Clearance:
