Job Title: Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar Construction
I’m currently partnering with a leading independent power producer that’s expanding their utility-scale solar construction team. They’re looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead projects.
The Opportunity:
We’re hiring Project Managers to lead solar construction projects across Pennsylvania and Ohio. This is a hybrid role based in Arlington, VA—you’d work from their
office/remotely with monthly travel to project sites in PA and OH. You’d manage projects from permitting through commissioning with real ownership and
visibility.
What They’re Looking For:
2+ years in construction project management (utility-scale renewables, solar, or general contracting)
Experience managing contractor agreements, budgets, and schedules
Proficiency with MS Project or P6
Comfortable with monthly travel to PA/OH project sites
Able to work hybrid from Arlington, VA

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
