Project Manager Revenue Cycle

Work location: Primarily working from home with the occasional day in the Arlington Corp Office. (no more than 1-2 days per month)
Core work hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p.
Job Duties
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
. Responsible for report back process to evaluate value delivered versus projected for programs and projects including but not limited to budget performance, resources consumed, costs incurred, and risk and change management.
. Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.
. Responsible for ensuring all projects within Revenue Cycle portfolios/programs are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.
PMO OPERATIONS:
. Support leadership in deploying and managing the project/program management office/function for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle.
. Supports leadership in deploying and managing Enterprise Revenue Cycle project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.
STAFF MANAGEMENT:
. Directs and mentors a team of project management staff.
. Responsible for creating/maintaining departmental budget and staffing plans.
PROJECT INITIATION:
. Oversees and manages annual needs assessment and annual cycle request processes in conjunction with THR's strategic and financial objectives.
. Manages out of cycle request process via request analysis and incorporation into dynamic portfolio maintenance.
PROJECT ANALYSIS:
. Partners with Enterprise Revenue Cycle and key stakeholders to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (ROI, business case capacity).
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Nursing/Business Management or related field preferred.
Master's Degree Health Sciences/Computer Science/Business Management/Related preferred
Experience
5 years relevant experience in project management required
Licenses and Certifications
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification preferred upon hire
Skills
Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, change management processes, and associated tools.
Strong communication skills to ensure clear communication to all individuals (technical and non-technical).
Ability to successfully interact with all professional and leadership levels throughout the organization.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
Strong Computer and Software Skills
