ManpowerGroup Mechanical Assembler in Arlington, Texas
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and electrical systems, is seeking a dedicated Wire Harness Assembler to join their team. As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be an integral part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Arlington, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
What's the Job?
Read and interpret wiring diagrams to assemble organized electrical cable systems
Cut, strip, and crimp wires with precision and attention to detail
Assemble components such as connectors and terminals according to specifications
Perform quality control checks to ensure proper continuity and integrity of wiring
Follow technical instructions and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic repair or related field
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic understanding of measurements and conversions (e.g., millimeters to inches)
IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard certification is a plus; candidates with this will be prioritized
