Actalent IV Pharmacist in Arlington, Texas
IV Pharmacist – Grand Prairie, TX (Closed Door Pharmacy)
$65+/hour | Day 1 Benefits | Long‑Term Growth
We’re seeking an experienced IV Pharmacist to join a closed‑door pharmacy supporting long‑term care patients. This role is focused on sterile IV compounding and clinical quality in a non‑retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee sterile IV compounds, including TPNs
Evaluate IV equipment, compatibility, and medication orders
Perform quality checks for dosing accuracy, interactions, and adverse reactions
Ensure medications are properly prepared, labeled, and dispensed
Provide clinical recommendations for therapy and dosing
Communicate with nursing staff and healthcare teams
Supervise medication preparation by pharmacy staff
What You’ll Need
Active Pharmacist license
Strong IV compounding and sterile preparation experience
Long‑term care experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
