Job Title: Industrial Facilities Maintenance Tech III
Job Description
Maintain, install, and repair facility and automation equipment within the Dream Fulfillment Center (DFC) with a focus on complex work assignments, while overseeing junior technicians' complex work assignments.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs to powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures such as lockout/tagout.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, including air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Inspect the work performed by the Maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly, reprioritizing efforts as needed.
Communicate regularly with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders/team members regarding the status of repair work and its impact on operations.
Ensure clear shift handoffs and facilitate smooth transitions of work to the next shift.
Lead and perform project work to support warehouse daily operations, including coordinating the work of others.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors.
Train maintenance team members as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in facility and industrial maintenance, including preventive maintenance, PLC, VFDs, electrical, HVAC, and boilers.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, installation, and repair.
Familiarity with EPA regulations and building maintenance.
Experience with conveyor systems, HVAC systems, and electrical maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklifts, Siemens systems, CMM, carpentry, motors, and wiring.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with a schedule from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
