Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their applications.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and identify actionable insights.
• Leadership skills to guide and influence HR strategies across the organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as part of the role.
