Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations, with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including benefits management and HRIS systems.
• Expertise in onboarding processes and talent management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and leadership.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with organizational change management and fostering workplace culture.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
