We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Arlington, Texas. MUST HAVE AIA BILLING EXPERIENCE!
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices efficiently, ensuring accurate coding and posting to appropriate accounts.
• Conduct thorough research on payments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Utilize Foundation Software to manage accounts payable tasks and maintain organized records.
• Handle statement processing and ensure timely payment of vendor accounts.
• Perform regular check runs and prepare payments in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to general ledger and cost codes.
• Maintain a positive and detail-oriented attitude while working under deadlines.
• Monitor accounts payable activities to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
MUST HAVE AIA BILLING EXPERIENCE!
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and cost codes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to accurately code and post invoices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in payment research.
• A motivated and positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
