Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to implement the EU MDR requirements for the Arlington manufacturing site.
Develop and execute the project management plan, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval.
Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure and develop/manage the detailed project schedule.
Analyze critical path and major workstreams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop a risk management plan, identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, and develop response strategies.
Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member.
Requirements
Experience leading cross-functional teams in project management, preferably within manufacturing or regulatory environments.
Strong knowledge of EU MDR requirements and project planning methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop detailed project schedules and risk management plans.
