Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our dedicated team at Lahey Health Primary Care in Arlington. Our well-established, busy practice is committed to providing compassionate care and building strong patient relationships within the community.
You'll receive clinical training and support from our highly collegial staff, who are all dedicated to helping our communities stay healthy.
Key Details:
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (32 clinical, 8 admin)
Hours: No after-hours call or weekend coverage
Team-Based Care: Join a team of 5 MDs, 2 NPs, plus support staff
Patient Population: Adult
On-site Services: Lab available

Qualifications:
Master's degree from a Nursing or Physician Assistant program
Current NP or PA license to practice in Massachusetts
DEA and MCSR certification

Pay Range:
$113,776.00 USD - $170,227.20 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
