Harlequin Produce LLC Farmworker in Arlee, Montana

Temporary full time from 5/4/2026 - 11/13/2026 We need seasonal employees to assist with our vegetable crop production, including tomatoes, watermelons, and mixed vegetables. Employees will perform all assigned duties related to growing these crops, including cleaning work areas, equipment, and facilities, and maintaining farm grounds and landscaping. Responsibilities include planting, transplanting, potting, pruning, spraying, weeding, fertilizing, watering, and tying plants, as well as harvesting crops by hand; bunching, wrapping, packing, and labeling products for orders or shipment. Workers will set up, operate, maintain, and repair irrigation and climate control systems and participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Additional duties include grading and sorting products based on factors such as color, species, size, appearance, smell, and quality; placing products in containers according to grade; marking and recording grade or identification numbers on containers or shipping documents; weighing or estimating product weight; packaging agricultural products for shipment or further processing; and washing and packing produce for wholesale and direct-to-co The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. High school diploma/GED. The job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, frequent stooping and bending, and repetitive movements.
