Job Summary:Reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Director of Student Enrollment & Success provides dynamic, strategic campus leadership in planning, developing, and executing Cowley Colle\'s enrollment management plan. The Director of Student Enrollment & Success is responsible for overseeing recruitment, enrollment, admissions, academic advising & retention.
Position Duties:
Develop an aggressive results-oriented enrollment, recruitment and retention plan for increasing student headcount and FTE for both returning and new students in coordination with Academics.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and various departments on short- and long-range enrollment management plans.
