Hours: 48 hours/week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hours/day, 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Overtime and taking holiday are mandatory.

Job Duties: Perform general farm duties related to agricultural tile installation. Drive and operate pickup trucks, tile delivery trucks, and transport vehicles to move tile and equipment between job sites. Install tile connections using various fittings such as tees, and use power tools and hand tools, including shovels, to assist with the installation of tile connections, intakes, and outlets. Dig and backfill starter holes and trenches using equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and dozers. Use laser and GPS equipment to survey and install tile to grade. Deliver rolls of tile to self-propelled tile installation machines and splice tile tubing as required. Wash, lubricate, service, and assist with the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Perform manual labor including, but not limited to, mowing, cleaning, and picking up tree limbs and other miscellaneous debris.
Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season.
Worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures and varying weather conditions.
Employer maintains a drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free workplace.
Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Required
Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
Worker must be able to speak and understand English.
Worker must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
Worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds.
Worker must be able to perform work that requires exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements.

Additional Compensation
Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employer's discretion.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
