Insight Global Sr. Project Manager, SaaS Access Review in Arden Hills, Minnesota
Job Description
This role will be responsible for driving day to day execution of the project, including identifying and cataloging 3rd party SaaS tools, coordinating outreach to business and application owners, distributing standardized templates, and ensuring timely completion of user access reviews. The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to confirm that access levels align with business needs and security requirements, track progress against timelines, and escalate risks or gaps as needed. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, experience managing SaaS focused initiatives, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel.

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of hands on project management experience, leading cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
-Direct experience working with SaaS applications, including understanding of SaaS usage models, ownership, and basic access control concepts
-Proven experience managing third party vendors and business application owners, driving completion of standardized reviews or documentation
-Experience conducting or coordinating user access reviews, application inventories, or similar controls focused efforts (IAM, IT risk, or compliance adjacent)
-Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage high volume outreach, track progress, and follow up effectively
