Manufacturing Engineer Location: Arden Hills, MA Pay Rate: $53 per hour Duration: 3/2/2026 - 3/1/2027 (Possible Extension or Contract-to-Hire) We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to support materials qualification, supplier quality, and supply chain engineering initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment. This onsite role is ideal for engineers with 2-4 years of experience who are ready to take on project ownership and cross-functional collaboration. This intermediate-level position evaluates and applies standard engineering techniques to improve supplier processes, resolve material issues, and support manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities: Participate in large-scale projects or lead smaller engineering initiatives under senior guidance. Execute material qualification activities (AA/FA), NCEP/CAPA investigations, and required PDM processes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering tasks within moderate-scope projects. Interface with suppliers and commodity teams to investigate material defects and supply constraints. Conduct root cause analysis for defective components using statistical tools, including Minitab. Support complaint investigations and corrective actions related to supplied materials. Prepare technical reports and presentations for cross-functional teams. Maintain strict compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2-4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience. Proficiency in Minitab (required). Strong written, technical, and PowerPoint communication skills. Experience in manufacturing, materials engineering, or supplier quality preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
