Job Title: Office Administrator / Project Coordinator (Electrical Contractor)

Location: Archbold, OH

Position Overview:

We are a growing electrical contracting company seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support purchasing, scheduling, and daily operations. This role is critical in keeping projects organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Order and track materials for jobs
  • Coordinate scheduling of field technicians and projects
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers
  • Assist with invoicing and job documentation
  • Maintain organized job files and records
  • Maintain a clean and efficient office environment
  • Assist with counter sales and customer inquiries as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office/admin experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and email systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
