Our Assembly Department is where it all comes together --- fabricated and welded parts are powder coated, assembled, and packaged into finished products ready for customers. We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Team Members to join our team at our Archbold, Ohio facility.
Position Summary:
The Assembly Team Member is responsible for assembling, finishing, and packaging products including scaffolding, carts, bleacher trailers, and other custom equipment. This role involves operating powder coating equipment, working with hand and power tools, and ensuring finished products meet company quality standards.
4 day work week, M-Th, 6am-4pm Health & retirement benefits after 60 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble fabricated and welded components into finished products.
- Operate powder coating equipment to finish steel parts.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble scaffolding, carts, bleacher trailers, and related products.
- Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and accuracy.
- Package and prepare products for shipping.
- Follow safety protocols when working with machinery, tools, and coatings.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous assembly, powder coating, or manufacturing experience preferred (will train motivated candidates).
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and drawings.
Experience using hand and power tools.
