Setup Operator

Scope of Responsibilities Perform all changeovers, tooling changes and adjustments on equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnose and repair machine malfunctions in a timely manner. Order equipment parts and maintain records and files according to standards. Perform all preventative maintenance on production or other types of equipment on a timely basis. Maintain varnish equipment and varnish viscosity (test daily) and change elements as needed. Operate a forklift truck as needed. Must be able to work with and communicate with operators. Must listen to operators suggestions and concerns and provide feedback on findings.
Will be responsible for training operators in detail regarding operation of equipment. Maintain torque on equipment and logs. Must be able to use precision measuring instruments. Attentive to safety conditions and follow all safety guidelines and to perform work in a safe manner and ensure safe operation of equipment. Housekeeping requirements to keep area neat, clean and in order.

Requirements High school education or equivalent. Knowledge of CNC equipment and previous experience in set-up, maintenance or mechanical work are preferred. Good trouble shooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be self-motivated. Ability to operate a forklift truck or ability to obtain a license. Ability to lift, push or pull loads up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis. Ability to work overtime as required. Excellent attendance Meet housekeeping and safety standards.

Salary Requirements Non-Exempt Hurly Position, eligible for overtime Paid Weekly Compensation Range: $22.00-$24.00/hr
