Project Manager Department: Food Beverage and Pharmaceutical Reports to: Division President
Job Duties:
Drive integration and continuous improvement projects throughout the Division.
Optimize synergies with current and future acquisitions.
Execute daily project management and operational tasks to ensure progress and accountability.
Lead select acquisitions projects, with an emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain integration into Arcade.
Manage machining outsourcing/insourcing projects to align with business strategy.
Support data analysis initiatives, including Power BI dashboards, Board/Beam demand forecasting, and other digital tools
Supplier transition projects
Collaborate closely with leadership and perform additional duties as assigned by the President and Director of Quality/SIOP/Supply Chain/Continuous Improvement. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial project management is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with integration projects, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and operational excellence.
Proficiency in project management software and data tools (Power BI, ERP systems, MS Project, or equivalent).
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Adaptability in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Basic computer skills; ERP or warehouse management system experience a plus.

Salary: $105,000/year - $115,000/year
