As a screen printing press operator 1st shift, you will be making our customer\'s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment. Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment. Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints. Maintain a clean work environment. Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations. Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
