About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Production Associate POSITION TYPE: Full time CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt Starting Pay: \$24.12 - \$24.80 per hour, plus an additional \$2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM. Employees earn \$28.38 - \$29.18 per hour after completing 60-day probation. * Time and a half for any overtime * Time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday Available Openings: * Relief shift, hours swing between AM shift (6:00AM - 6:00PM) and PM shift (6:00PM - 6:00AM) based on plant need. * Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP\'s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18years or older Able to read and comprehend the English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction) Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous manufacturingexperience BENEFITS: At Foremost Farms, we know how important you and your family are - that\'s why we offer some of the best benefits in the Fox Valley!
