The Manager-Telecom Field Services is responsible for providing functional leadership and direction to all Field Services teams in the assigned TDS Field Services market/markets. Strong focus on the team\'s ability to provide premier customer service and technical expertise while exhibiting a high level of professionalism in all internal and external interactions. This position will report to either our Appleton, WI or Green Bay, WI warehouse with a requirement to reside within a daily commuting distance of either location. Responsibilities Provides leadership to direct team and all other teams involved in network growth and maintenance activities in order to create and maintain a motivating and rewarding environment. Maintains good working relationships with all adjacent teams. Directs activities necessary for the proper maintenance of all TDS network equipment and other company assets. Assists Field Services leadership in executing plans and/or processes tied to our overall business plan. Ensures compliance with all TDS policies, processes and procedures. Ensures team maintains proper understanding of TDS\' goals and is coached through process improvements as those needs arise. Serves as management point of contact for all TDS network equipment and customer related issues in specific market(s). Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience. 4+ years\' experience in the telecommunications industry. 4+ years\' experience in a supervisory role or equivalent leadership experience. Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license. Other Qualifications Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
