Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse workers engaged in inventory control activities such as inventory discrepancies, daily cycle count reports, variance confirmation, inventory adjustments, product shortages and monitoring inventory movement. Work Location: This will be an on-site role in our Lynndale, WI facility in Appleton, WI. What you\'ll do: Daily hands-on approach to maximize production efficiency through effective item placement, warehouse analysis, and maintaining system related logic that affects production work through slotting. Establish and maintain standards for accurate audits of respective areas. Work with outside carriers and arrange vendor returns. Drive receipt discrepancy process. Develop and report departmental KPI\'s. Implement new methods, processes, and improvements. Ensure quarterly and year end cycle count metrics are met. Assist with other projects as necessary or as directed. Open availability, typical work hours range from 6am-6pm. This role may be required to work Holidays and weekends to support our customer\'s needs What we expect you to bring to the table: Coordination Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Inventory Control Inventory Management Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Leadership Logistics Management Performance Metrics Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Supply Chain Management Warehouse Management Advance MS Access/ MS Excel skills required Cross-Team Integration Minimum Required Qualifications: 2+ years of previous supervisory experience Must be open to make monthly observations/hold meetings on off-shifts (2nd and 3rd shift) Prior experience with Oracle, Microsoft office, Advance Supply Chain software with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel. Education and/or Certifications Required: Bachelor\'s Degree or, 4 + years related experience and/or training in Supply Chain, or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
