What You’ll Do
As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting students’ success by:
Implementing student-specific behavior intervention plans
Supporting academic goals alongside classroom staff
Providing structured, consistent reinforcement and guidance
Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and support teams
Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must have:
48+ college credit hours
WI DPI Para License, or be eligible to obtain one
Experience working with students who have behavioral or special education needs
A calm, compassionate, student-centered approach
Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability
