JOB REQUIREMENTS: Engineering Supervisor Provide leadership and strategic direction for Proto Engineering. This role is responsible for allocating and supervising engineering resources to support projects and programs, as well as developing processes, tooling, manufacturing instructions, and equipment that meet customer requirements and production schedules. Standard Essential Functions *Lead, supervise, and guide the manufacturing engineering team, including tool design functions. Provide direction in manufacturing areas such as product flow, tooling, and standard work procedures. Contribute to manufacturability assessments and support both direct and non-recurring cost analysis. Represent the organization in technical information exchanges with customers, providing clear leadership and expertise. Oversee implementation of process-dependent manufacturing solutions. Build, strengthen, and advance the company\'s manufacturing engineering culture and infrastructure. Apply demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing engineering requirements for military and government programs. Review and recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance. Serve as team leader for cause-and-corrective-action initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering. Ensure all projects and assignments comply with company practices, policies, and applicable regulations (e.g., SOX, OSHA, Management System Standards). Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external customers, setting standards that promote strong relationships. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in engineering discipline or a technical field.
