This role partners with the executive team to shape objectives, optimize capital allocation, and drive profitable growth. The Director of Finance ensures robust internal controls, adherence to company\'s policies and effective risk management. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Controlling and Commercial Management teams, with responsibility for talent management activities including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development in accordance with corporate policies.
