Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Apple Valley, CA is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including assessment, program development, training, supervision, and ongoing support for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, creating and monitoring individualized treatment plans, providing clinical oversight to behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
The BCBA serves as a clinical supervisor, ensuring that ABA services are delivered effectively, ethically, and in alignment with best-practice standards. This includes observing sessions, offering guidance and feedback to staff, and ensuring all documentation meets professional and regulatory expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
Preferred experience delivering behavior-analytic programming and therapeutic services.
Commitment to upholding all applicable professional and ethical standards of practice.
Current CPR certification (if required).
TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray (as applicable).
Current health certificate in accordance with contract or state regulations.
Must satisfy all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
