Job Title: Control Panel Builder Job Description
We are seeking dedicated control panel builders who will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels.
Work proficiently with basic hand and power tools.
Terminate wires and perform point-to-point wiring.
Wire motors and work with volt meters.
Follow work instructions and schematics accurately.
Demonstrate mechanical inclination in all tasks.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work with basic hand and power tools.
Experience in terminating wires and point-to-point wiring.
Proficiency in wiring motors and using volt meters.
Ability to follow work instructions and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with basic electrical skills.
Previous assembly experience is preferred.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled plant where temperatures vary with the seasons. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with additional Saturday shifts due to production needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apopka, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
