As our Senior Consultant – Security Operations Centre , you’ll play a key role in strengthening Danfoss’s digital security and protecting our critical assets in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape.

You’ll collaborate with IT Security teams, infrastructure specialists, application owners, and external partners, taking ownership of security detection, incident response, and threat-hunting activities. Your work will help us move toward a more innovative, secure, and future-ready organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design and implementation of advanced security detection use cases and operational playbooks tailored to Danfoss’s technology landscape.
Support and mentor our 24/7 Tier 1 SOC team, elevating their capabilities in new security tools, methodologies, and incident response best practices.
Collaborate across IT and business functions to monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents—minimising disruption and safeguarding operations.
Utilise your expertise in Microsoft security tools and threat-hunting techniques to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities.
Continuously learn and share knowledge to strengthen our security posture and foster a culture of awareness and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience (7–10 years) in information security, including network and endpoint security management, ideally within SOC or incident response teams.
Proficiency (3+ years) with Microsoft security ecosystem tools such as Microsoft Defender ATP, Cloud App Security, Office ATP, Azure AD Identity Protection, Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, or SPLUNK.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, ISO27002 standards, and incident response protocols; background in IT infrastructure or applications (3–5 years) preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and teams.
