The team you will be a part of
The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

Proveer soporte y asesoría especializada en comercio exterior a diversas entidades del grupo: Whirlpool México, Industrias Acros Whirlpool y Whirlpool Internacional.
Your responsibilities will include
Cumplimiento y Programas de Fomento: Administrar programas de fomento (IMMEX, PROSEC, ALTEX) y gestionar autorizaciones especializadas (Plafón, Reglas 8vas y 2da, Empresa Certificada), asegurando el estricto cumplimiento legal de las operaciones de comercio exterior.
Reportes y Auditorías:
Gestionar y coordinar auditorías internas (México, EE. UU.) y externas.
Administración Reporte Anual de Operaciones de Comercio Exterior.
Administracion CIVA.
Administración OEA.
Controles SOX.
Estrategia y Proyectos:
Planeación Estratégica del área.
Administrar, desarrollar e implementar Proyectos Estratégicos.
Métricas y Soporte:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de métricas e indicadores clave.
Minimum requirements
Habilidades numéricas y analíticas
Manejo de Excel ( Intermedio)
Competencias funcionales:
Comercio Exterior y Aduanas
Manejo de Anexo 24 y 30
Legal Compliance
Conocimiento de RGCE
Conocimiento de Ley Aduanera
Conocimiento de Reglas de Origen
