A Supervisor who drives daily operations with clarity and accountability. Leads teams to meet performance targets, resolve issues quickly, and ensure safe, efficient workflows. Motivates people, builds capability, and maintains strong communication. Continuously adapts to challenges while improving processes and team engagement.

Your key responsibilities
• Oversee production lines and warehouse zones to hit hourly throughput and shift KPIs.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct daily checks, and correct unsafe behaviors immediately.
• Manage material staging, forklift movements, and inventory transactions to ensure 100% availability.
• Track machine performance, escalate breakdowns, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Train operators on SOPs, verify skill qualifications, and manage shift staffing levels.
•Lead 5S, waste‑reduction, and process‑improvement actions to boost efficiency and quality.

You bring
•Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or, professional certification or equivalence.
•3+ years of relevant and similar experience as leading teams, inventories, problimg solving and desicion making.
•English desirable, word processing, spreadsheets and databases (Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel; SAP; SRM, PowerBI)
•Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and influence skills.
•A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
•A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success
