This role in summary
As an HR Generalist within our Tier II HR Operations organization, you will move beyond transactional support to become a vital partner for our Corporate Functions (Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Global IT, Business Unit Services, Human Resources, and Legal). You will partner to drive the "People Excellence" strategy by blending high-touch consultation with strategic project management. Your mission is to navigate the full maturity spectrum—from responding to immediate needs to proactively driving strategic outcomes that align with the organizational goals of your stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include
To successfully support our Corporate Functions, you will operate across three main pillars of delivery:
Consultation & Relationship Management
Stakeholder Partnership: Conduct regular 1:1s and attend BU meetings to stay ahead of emerging talent and organizational issues.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze historical talent and compensation data to identify patterns and suggest interventions (engagement health, org design, etc.).
Advanced Coaching: Advise and coach People Leaders on complex issue resolution and drive change management in partnership with Business HR.
Project Leadership & Strategic Execution
End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of HR initiatives for Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.), moving beyond support to drive scoping, stakeholder alignment, and execution to support resolution of complex problems / strategy execution.
Data-Driven Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing business-specific data trends; propose and design targeted projects that solve root-cause issues.
Change Management & Impact Assessment: Partner with Business HR to architect change plans that ensure employee adoption, while establishing clear KPIs to measure and report on project impact and results.
Annual Process Delivery & Excellence
Strategic Launch: Review business readiness prior to annual process launches and build year-over-year "readiness playbooks" to ensure seamless execution.
Lifecycle Management: Deploy and track performance, compensation, and talent processes (e.g., Talent Assessment, Development, and Engagement) in alignment with the Talent Calendar.
Continuous Improvement: Lead "After Action Reviews" and share business feedback to improve HR templates, tools, and timing.
Minimum requirements
ducation: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 5+ years of professional HR work experience, specifically in a stakeholder-facing or generalist capacity.
Project Leadership: Proven experience managing end-to-end HR projects.
Language: Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred skills and experiences
HR Leadership: Previous experience as an HR Generalist, Manager, or Business Partner within a global or matrixed environment.
Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis and finance acumen to translate HR metrics into business value.
Influence & Interpersonal Skills: Competence to build relationships and influence at all levels, particularly within Corporate Functions like Legal, Finance, and IT.
Agility: Ability to pivot between "Reactive" ticket resolution and "Proactive" analysis to drive strategic outcomes for our stakeholders.
Problem Solving: A "Customer Centric" approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
