Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Antwerp, Ohio

Reports to: Customer Acct. Manager

Direct Reports: No

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with order placement and documentation, and production. Your goal will be to deliver delightful customer service by understanding products, maintaining professionalism, and resolving customer issues in ways that align with Paragon's Mission, Vision, and Values. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and company.
• Operate with a sense of positive energy and urgency.
• Participate and demonstrate cooperation, and teamwork within and outside the organization.
• Able to adapt to the company's culture, work safely, and possess a positive attitude.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *

• Prior inside sales/ customer service experience is required; glass tempering is a plus. 
• Post high school education in business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or glass industry.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to sales and confidentiality.
