Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Antioch, TN. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our industrial equipment operates efficiently. This position requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, specifically on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC adder logic.
Troubleshoot PLCs, focusing on Siemens or Allen Bradley systems.
Work on sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
Conduct maintenance on hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls.
Utilize knowledge of Three-Phase Motor Controls and AC/DC Servo Drives.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance.
Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining PLC systems.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
No certifications or medical qualifications required.

Work Environment
Work in a heavy industrial setting focused on metal stamping for the automotive industry. The environment is noisy due to non-stop stamping presses and is not temperature controlled. Safety equipment such as ear protection, safety glasses, and gloves is provided, while employees must bring their own steel-toed boots. Uniforms are provided and maintained by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antioch, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
