Are you highly organized, detail‑oriented, and driven to see work through to completion? Join our mortgage team as a Mortgage Processing Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in guiding loans from approval to closing. In this impactful role, you’ll manage mortgage files, coordinate with members, loan originators, title companies, and realtors, and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and take pride in providing exceptional service while helping members confidently reach the finish line of homeownership.

Job Duties
Build positive working relationships with members, title companies, realtors, loan originators, and internal mortgage staff to gather needed loan information
Track and follow up on mortgage files, communicating updates and changes with Mortgage Loan Originators to keep loans moving forward
Serve as a helpful and professional resource for members by answering questions and providing clear information about their loan and credit union services
Review loan files for completeness and accuracy before transitioning them to Mortgage Servicing and secure document storage
Qualifications
Have a minimum of one year mortgage processing experience
Able to organize and prioritize duties while working accurately under pressure
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows programs
Above average accuracy and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
