Job Duties: Attends training, participates in departmental meetings, and takes the initiative to complete other learning opportunities as appropriate to ensure knowledge and skills are current with job requirements. Remains current with the accounts, services, disclosures, forms and other aspects of the products and services that pertain to this job or that members may need assistance with. Provides support assistance of ITM which includes, cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, and other services as appropriate. Performs all job functions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism. Works as scheduled, including Saturday rotations to provide consistent service to the membership. Exhibits the credit union\'s seven service standards promoting a culture of welcoming all and putting people first whether they are a member or a coworker. Keep accurate records of transactions. Monitor markets or positions. Prepare financial reports to monitor client or corporate finances. Determine customers\' financial services needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent. Detailed knowledge of credit union and services preferred. A minimum of three years\' credit union experience or an Associate\'s Degree. The ability to be organized and efficient while working in a fast-paced work environment.
